About the Research Institute
Guangdong Shengliandao Digital Technology Research InstituteEstablished by ZyChain's on-chain foundation, a subsidiary of the China Communications Industry Association Blockchain Committee (Deputy Director Unit), and the Standing Member Unit of the China National Federation of Consumer Associations Metaverse Council. Jointly founded by 10 social think tanks and enterprises, including the RWA Industry Alliance, Nan Yin International Investment Group, Huijin Zhilian Digital Technology, and Hainan Qiangguo Innovation Research Institute.
The Research Institute focuses on digital strategy research and the application of digital technology innovations. It has established a comprehensive system integrating "one institute, one fund, one smart chain, one park, and one platform" to connect government, research, science, industry, academia, media, and innovation. Its core functions include policy interpretation, technology R&D, commercialization of results, expert advisory services, academic validation, blockchain-based media, and innovative applications—all designed to comprehensively empower the real economy.
The Research Institute is built on technology, driven by data, and centered on talent to create a digital industrial ecosystem. With a development strategy rooted in mainland China and Central Asia, expanding toward Southeast Asia, Japan, and South Korea, and reaching globally, we aim to become a highly influential domestic digital technology research institute in the short term, adhering to benchmark standards.
